You may choose your own customer ID and password. Your customer ID must be between 4 and 20 characters in length. The ID may contain any combination of letters (A-Z), digits (0-9), periods (.), dashes (-) and/or underscores (_). Spaces are not allowed in the ID. For example, if your name is "John Smith", then you may use your first initial and last name as your customer ID, i.e.: JSMITH

The password must contain at least 6 characters, up to a maximum of 20 characters. Spaces are not allowed in the password. Please Note: passwords are case-sensitive, for example: 'Password' and 'PASSWORD' are not considered to be the same.
